INTUMET™
material is
formulated specifically for doors. And we routinely work with OEM partners
to develop and test customized intumescent formulations and systems, as well
as specialized Soft Puff applications.

tested and listed for positive pressure by Intertek Testing Service (ITS)
and/ or Underwriters Laboratory (UL) under their standard classification
categories. Our broad spectrum of design options means specification
flexibility to suit aesthetic and functional preferences.

ZERO’s engineered FS Systems are all fire-rated for up to 90 minutes by ITS
and/or UL. Our FS 850 Dado System is suitable for both Category A doors
requiring no additional edge-sealing system and Category B doors, which
require intumescent seals.
